15-17 August 2025

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The competition is organized by the Żyrowa Palace, ul. Korfantego 5, 45-330 Żyrowa and the Foundation for the Development and Promotion of Floristics, with its registered office in Kielce 25-730, ul. Romualda Mielczarskiego 73, together with the Floraplus.pl floristic portal.

2. The competition will take place on 15-17 August 2025 on the premises of the Palace in Żyrowa.

3. The main goal of the competition is to promote the art of floristry and to integrate the community of florists from different countries.

§2 PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

  1. The competition is open to two-person teams of florists from all over the world. All adult florists, regardless of education and professional experience, can participate.
  2. Applications are accepted until April 4, 2025, through the form available on the www.floraplus.pl . The number of spots is limited, and applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  3. Employees or collaborators of the organizers, as well as their immediate family members, members of the competition committee, and their immediate family members, cannot participate in the competition.
  4. The entry fee for the competition is 150 euros per team and must be paid within 14 days of receiving confirmation of qualification for participation, via bank transfer to the account provided by the organizer.

§3 COMPETITION CONDITIONS

1. As part of the competition, each team is required to create four works:
a) a large floral form entitled „Baroque Splendor: Floral Symphony”, which will reflect the richness and splendor of the Baroque style, full of harmony and detail,
b) a bouquet tied in hand entitled „Imperial Elegance: Floral Majesty”, which will reflect the majesty and elegance of the imperial style using a wealth of colors and flowers,
c) two surprise works, which will be announced during the competition.
2. The Organizer provides basic floral materials and plant material necessary to create three works. For the large form, Participants use their own materials, structures and plants, but cover their own costs. The Organizer may order, in accordance with the Participants’ guidelines, the material necessary to create the large form at their own expense.
3. The time for creating each work is specified by the Organizers at the beginning of the competition.

§4 EVALUATION OF WORKS

1. The works will be evaluated by an international jury consisting of recognized florists and floristic judges.

2. The evaluation criteria are:
a) Creativity and innovation.

b) Composition and technique.

c) Compliance with the category.

d) Aesthetic impressions.

3. The jury’s decisions are final and indisputable.

4. The results will be announced on August 17, 2025 during the grand finale gala.

5. The organizer provides a prize for the first three places.

§5 COPYRIGHT AND PUBLICATIONS

1. The competition participants agree to have their works photographed and filmed by the organizers and the media.

2. The copyright to the works remains with the participants, but the organizer has the right to use them to promote the competition and the competition organizers.

§6 LEGAL ASPECTS

1. Participation in the competition is voluntary.
2. All participants are required to comply with the regulations and safety standards in force on the premises of the Palace in Żyrowa. 3. Participants entering the competition also submit a declaration of consent to the processing of their personal data by the organizer for purposes related to the organization of the competition. The personal data of participants will be processed in accordance with the principles specified in the Personal Data Protection Act (Personal Data Protection (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1781). The Organizer will have the right to share this data with persons and entities cooperating in the implementation of the competition in order to:
– implement the competition,
– select the winner of the competition
– award prizes
– send information related to the competition by e-mail or/and SMS.
The Organizer ensures that the data provided is covered by the protection of personal data in accordance with the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data. The Organizer will have the right to publish/use the submitted photos of the works for marketing purposes in the supported social media.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to change the regulations in justified cases. Participants will be informed immediately of any changes.

§7 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. All disputes not resolved in these regulations will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the seat of the competition organizer.
2. In the event of withdrawal (other than force majeure) from participation in the competition, the entry fee is non-refundable.

3. Participants cover their own travel costs.

4. The organizer provides accommodation and meals for participants during the competition (three nights, breakfasts and dinners).

5. Participants can obtain all information about the competition by contacting
